By accessing or using EduSaint (edusaint.in and its sub-platforms), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use EduSaint. Users under 18 need parental consent. Schools and educational institutions can register through authorised representatives.

3. User Accounts

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your password confidential
• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us of any unauthorised access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Submit fake reviews about schools
• Scrape or copy our data without permission
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our services
• Use the platform for illegal purposes

5. School Information

School data on EduSaint is collected from public sources (like CBSE SARAS), submitted by schools, or aggregated from user reviews. We strive for accuracy but recommend verifying details directly with schools.

6. User-Generated Content

Reviews, enquiries, and other content you submit:

• Must be honest and your own opinion
• Can be moderated or removed at our discretion
• Grant us a non-exclusive license to display on our platform

7. Free Services

BYTE learning app and school discovery are free for students and parents. EduSaint ERP is a paid service for schools (terms in separate agreements).

8. Intellectual Property

EduSaint's logos, designs, and content are our property. Don't reproduce without permission. User-submitted content remains owned by users.

9. Disclaimers

EduSaint provides information "as is" without warranties. We're not responsible for:

• Decisions you make based on school information
• Outcomes of admissions or enquiries
• Third-party content or links

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduSaint and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime by emailing [email protected].

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in Bhubaneswar, Odisha courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified. Continued use means acceptance.
